Last order until I say I DO!!!!!!!

Here are some more cupcake bites requested for a wedding shower this weekend that I threw in before I am off to get my wedding plans going. So I will be back in action after June 4th! I made the capcake bites in the brides colors and alternated with white and pink and put gumpaste flowers on top and of course spinkles! The flavour is the most popular Chocoloate Chocolate! Hello Kitty!

Not only did I do the Bumble Bee's but I have my niece's  3rd birthday coming up so I thought I would attempt the Hello Kitty that is all the rage! So here are some pics! Also I did the pops with Strawberry cake! Hope you like them!

Bumble Bee cake pops!

So I have had a bit of a break as I am trying to get all the wedding stuff organized as it is 4 weeks away!!!! But I had some time to make some Bumble Bee's with work, child and wedding planning! I used a Starwberry cake and the stripes on the Bee are black fondant! Enjoy!

Flower Power

So we all know I am getting married in 5 weeks!!!! I am having cupcakes instead of a cake, well i have a cutting cake but I asked Cupcasion's who is making the cupcakes if i could do my flowers and they didn't mind!!! So I have about 300 to do and this is what I have done so far. There are three different sizes and types of flowers. My colors are lime green and chocolate brown. I will be having Vanilla cake filled with raspberry and cream cheese frosting and Chocolate cake no filling with chocolate cream cheese frosting. Each cupcake will have three of the flowers one of each style. These are made of gumpaste instead of fondant as I find easier to work with and hardens much better. Here is some pics.

Cupcak cake balls!

So I had an order request for these sweet and yummy cupcake cake balls. Basically like a cake pop without the stick! So basically I use a peanut butter cup  mold and fill with chocolate and pop the ball in, let stand then dip the top and decorate! So these I did for a wedding shower! The nice thing about these is that they are super cute and you can do any color combo and design as well! Here is a couple pics! Enjoy!!

Keeping it light!

So I have 1 more month until my wedding day so I am not as busy with all my baking as I would like to be!!! I will be doing another wedding shower this weekend and one more birthday party then I will have to start focusing on gumpaste flowers for my wedding cupcakes. I have someone doing it as I am doing a destination wedding but I have asked if I can do my own flowers nothing fancy just some daisies and another 5 petal flower. For the upcoming wedding shower the request was cupcake balls with white chocolate bottoms and tops will be hot pink, purple and blue with sprinkles and a smartie and also some white chocolate decoration. The flavor of choice is Devil's Food Cake can't go wrong with chocolate!!! I will be posting pics when I am done this weekend! If time permits I might through in some cupcakes as well!!! Easter Pops!!!

So I have finished the first part of my easter order. I have done some chicks and will be working on the Easter eggs tonight. I added the mohawk on the top of the chick! I think it gives them some character!! Hope you enjoy the pics! The flavour is vanilla cake with chocolate frosting! Eggs will be posted soon!!!
